Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to process and ship, set up for delivery, or be available for pickup due to the increased volume of orders.

Delivery Policy

Orders within the delivery radius will have a delivery option at checkout. If you have selected delivery, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to process. Your items will be delivery and left at the address selected at the entry way. Delivery hours are between 8 am to 6pm on Monday and Thursdays. A confirmation text with delivery time and date will be sent to the customer 24 hours prior.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail from Columbus Georgia.Enjoy free shipping on your orders $50 and up. USPS Shipping Rates are based on your shipping address and the weight of your order. Depending on the weight of your order, your package will be sent via First Class Package or Priority Mail.  Orders over $50 will automatically ship UPS ground.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Please be aware that we are not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered but its appears the package may have actually been stolen. Please make arrangements to contact the shipping carrier within 24 - 48 hours if you receive confirmation that your order is delivered but do not receive package. 

We are careful to package your purchase in bubble wrap and packing peanuts but sometimes the transit is rough. Our packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail, which includes insurance.  While we are not responsible for USPS handling of packages, we will work with you remedy the situation and replace your damaged items by filing the claim to USPS. Photos showing the extent of the damage will help us. Please email proof of damage to b.lushandco@yahoo.com with your order number.

Wrong Address

If you have provided the wrong address for shipping, it's possible that you can submit a request to intercept the package by using the link provided here: https://www.usps.com/manage/package-intercept.htm  

We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. Please email us immediately at B.LushAndCo@yahoo.com once you discover the wrong address has been provided.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with re-sending the package if it's marked by USPS/UPS as not deliverable or return to sender. In most cases, packages returned to sender do not return to us in a timely manner and often deliver with damaged products due to the extended transit. Your order will be refunded minus shipping fees associated with the attempt to ship your package. Damaged products will not be replaced without additional fees. 

Returns 
Our policy lasts 7 calendar days. If 7 caleb days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Please email B.LushAndCo@yahoo.com for all exchanges and returns for further instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again and/or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at b.lushandco@yahoo.com. 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at b.lushandco@yahoo.com. You will be contacted via phone and/or email within 48 business hours.
